Recovery Devon is a Community Interest Company with a 20-year legacy of creating and promoting opportunities for mental health recovery in Devon, working alongside the NHS and statutory services to champion recovery principles. A group of both paid staff and voluntary members, we are experts by experience who uphold recovery values of hope, choice, and opportunity in all that we do.
The role requires an understanding of the statutory and community mental health landscape in Devon and the agile business skill set required to evolve and maintain our place within it.
The post may suit an experienced health services or not-for-profit manager seeking a non-statutory role that allows for creative growth and respectful, collaborative challenge of current service delivery. You’ll be championing the voice of lived experience, and building on our legacy of influencing real change, in a changing world.
