What is Cool Recovery?     
Cool Recovery offers a range of activities and opportunities for people, family and friends affected by mental health issues who are on the road to recovery and ready and willing to make changes in their lives.

The Cool House in Torquay is a part of Cool Recovery.

Founded in 1999 by a South Devon carer to improve communication, provide information and support to families and friends of people with serious mental health problems, Carers-One-to-One Link became known as COOL and began with one worker.

In 2005 the same benefactor purchased 17, Morgan Avenue in Torquay and a second worker was engaged as manager. The charity became independent and was registered as Cool Recovery Limited.
