Clarity

Clarity is a mental health support service based in Barnstaple.

Services are all run by and for people with lived experience and offered to anyone who believes their mental well being will benefit.

Facilitators of support groups have regular supervision.

Services provided include:

General support group.
Weekly. Monday 2-4pm. Just come along

Women's Support Group.
Monthly, first Tuesday of the month.1.30 -3.30pm.

Art In Mind.
Weekly, Thursdays 1-4pm.
Art and Crafts in a supportive environment.

All free except counselling see below.

Counselling service.
Ongoing. All counsellors are trained.
May be free or by small donation. Self referral.

Ward visiting weekly at North Devon District Hospital.
