Notes from Recovery Devon Meeting

15th November 2011, St Leonards, Exeter

Recovery Devon held a successful early evening meeting, with a number of 'new faces'. It was chaired by Linden Lynn and attended by around 20 people.

This was the first meeting following the appointment of Linden to her new post as Recovery Devon lead and she was warmly welcomed by the group. This post has been funded for three years by Devon Partnership Trust (DPT) via Rethink.

Topics considered included the Autumn Festival of Recovery, the future of Recovery Devon, ImROC and the Recovery Devon website.

Cath Valentine and Darren Bleek gave us a fascinating talk on the use of Talking Mats for people with learning difficulties.
