Quiet Mind Centre, Exmouth - The Quiet Mind Centre is a registered charity based in Exmouth, Devon, which accommodates anyone on benefits or a very low income who is experiencing physical, mental or emotional issues.

It is an entirely voluntary organisation that promotes well being through Complementary Health Care and Counselling. The Centre is based in a large house at 14 Hartley Road, Exmouth, EX8 2SG, and offers 9 treatment rooms, some also available for group sessions and rental to therapists for private clients. The Quiet Mind College offers the ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage – next course starting 22 September 2007.

The Centre is located a few minutes walk from Exmouth town centre and there is a good public transport service available for Exmouth. There are parking spaces available at the centre and it provides full disability access with therapy rooms on ground level. Therapies available include Reiki, Reflexology, Healing, Craniosacral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Shiatsu, Massage, Counselling and more. This list is not exhaustive and varies over time.
